10 Steps to Optimal Health with Dr. Morgan Camp MD and Associates
Below are ten steps to getting started with Dr. Morgan Camp MD. All programs
begin with a comprehensive initial assessment. The comprehensive initial assessment
is $595. We accept checks, credit cards and cash for payment. We do not accept
insurance.
Comprehensive Initial Assessment
1. Get Educated. Explore our site, check out our resources page. Attend one of our interactive seminars. Next, call our office to have a preliminary discussion.
2. Tentative Appointment.
Call Dr. Morgan Camp MD and Associates at 415 383 9903 ext 4 for Lindsey Felt.

3. Start the Intake Process. Click

4. Set your initial appointment using our online system. Follow the intake
process (via the links above) to completion and you will be able to schedule
your appointment online.
5. Lab Tests: Please bring all of your lab results within the last 2
years to your visit with Dr. Camp. Dr Camp will thoroughly review your lab results
and will then make specific recommendations at your initial appointment for
additional testing based on your needs. Dr. Camp frequently uses blood tests,
salivary tests, and 24 Hour Urine Hormone Analysis to get the best information
about your current health.
6. Initial Appointment. Come to your initial appointment and plan to
spend approximately 1 1/2 hours with Dr. Camp and his staff. He will have already
reviewed your HHF and will discuss with you in detail your health history, your
health goals, perform a detailed physical exam, and will order any specialized
tests that may be required. At the end of this visit, Dr. Camp will discuss
a customized treatment plan recommendation and any optional considerations.
Supplements and Prescriptions
7. Order supplements and prescription medications as necessary. All supplements and most specialized/compounded prescriptions are available through
our online wellness store at: www.drcampstore.com. For standard prescriptions and specialized prescriptions that are covered by insurance,
you will deal directly with the pharmacy to provide your insurance and co-pay information.
Specialized Testing
8. When clinically indicated or other
wise indicated by lab results or other indications, Dr. Camp may recommend specialized
testing. This may include food sensitivity testing, toxic metals testing and/or
nutritional deficiency testing. If you have agreed to proceed the specific ordering
instructions and any special requirements such as blood draws or other specimen
collection.
Nutritional Evaluation
9. All of our patients are encouraged to have a consultation with our
clinical nutritionist, Lindsey Felt. Lindsey specializes in food allergies and
sensitivities, GI Health, and Weight Loss. In addition, Lindsey works with all
of Dr. Camp's patients to create a diet plan to optimize your hormonal health
and to slow down the aging process.
Maintenance and Monitoring
10. Follow-up Visits. At your second visit, Dr. Camp will review all
of your lab tests and start your hormonal treatment if indicated. In subsequent
visits, Dr. Camp will monitor and adjust your prescriptions and supplement recommendations
depending on your body's particular response to the therapies we employ. This
component is the only way that Dr. Camp can help you achieve the optimal health
you deserve. The first follow-up is at 2-4 weeks and the second follow-up typically
is at 3 Months. Patients are provided access to our web-based appointment scheduling
system and are allowed to schedule their own follow-up visits.
